Our Story
We built EZRS because we needed it. HIS Capital Group was pricing deals in spreadsheets, losing broker follow-up in email threads, and spending hours on rate sheets that should take minutes. We tried the duct-tape approach. We tried the top-of-the-line platform. Neither solved the front-of-the-deal problem the way it actually had to be solved.
So we built EZ Rate Sheet, ran every deal through it for two years, and only then shipped it to other lenders. Today it runs on RiseHub — the same operating platform Lead Engine Labs has deployed for 400+ financial services teams. We didn’t start from zero, and you don’t either.

Every feature in EZRS exists because we needed it to close a real deal. We don’t ship things that look good in a demo and break in production. If we wouldn’t run our own lending business on it, it doesn’t ship.

Meet Mike Williams
Mike Williams is the founder of EZ Rate Sheet, with years of experience in private lending, real estate investing, and technology entrepreneurship. He spent years on the inside of private money lending operations — managing borrower pipelines, automating sales & marketing, and watching the same operational problems play out at shop after shop.

EZ Rate Sheet was built from that frustration. Mike saw lending teams quoting different rates on identical deals, losing track of borrowers in email threads, and stitching together five disconnected tools to run a single loan. He'd lived all of it. So he built the platform he wished he'd had — a combined rate sheet engine, CRM, and marketing automation system built specifically for private lenders, not adapted from generic tools or “template Google Sheets.”
Mike is also the founder of Lead Engine Labs, a sister company that helps lending operations build, integrate, and automate their tech stacks. Through both companies, he works directly with hard money lenders, bridge lenders, DSCR specialists, and mortgage brokers to systematize the operational work that traditionally eats their margins.
When he's not building software for lenders, Mike is a real-estate investor and capital advisor with deep experience across fix-and-flip, DSCR, bridge, and ground-up construction transactions. That operator-first perspective is what makes EZ Rate Sheet different — every feature was designed by someone who knows lending, as well as marketing and sales automation.
