1 Primary Contact & Business Info All tiers

We use this to set up your accounts, send you setup confirmations, and configure client-facing materials with your correct business identity. For your email address, please use the email address used to purchase your package. That helps us find and reconcile your purchase quickly.

2 Calendar & Business Hours All tiers

We'll set up a borrower calendar (and a referral partner calendar for Full Stack clients). Just need your basic business hours and timezone — you can fine-tune in your CRM after launch.

3 Branding All tiers

Your brand identity goes directly into your RiseHub templates, rate sheet headers, email signatures, and any funnel pages we build.

After you submit this form, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please reply to that email with your logo attached (PNG, SVG, or PDF). For Full Stack clients, also attach any team headshots you'd like featured on your funnel.

4 GHL / RiseHub CRM Setup All tiers

We'll configure your RiseHub CRM with your team, pipelines, and contact structure. If you're migrating from another tool, we'll handle the transition as smoothly as possible.

Team members who need RiseHub access optional

You'll automatically be set up as an admin user with the Full Name and Email you provided above — no need to re-enter your own info here. Add any other users who you'd like us to set up in the account. Include their name, email, and role so we can set up the right permissions.

Current CRM or pipeline tool (if any)

Knowing what you're coming from helps us think about what workflows to replicate and what to improve. If you're not using anything, that's totally fine.

Migrating contacts from another CRM?

If you have an existing contact list you'd like imported into RiseHub, let us know and we'll coordinate the import separately.
